We can accommodate up to 30 guests Venue only: $100/hour Monday - Saturday $125/hour Sunday Venue fee including covered drinks: $175/hour Monday - Saturday $200/hour Sunday -12 or 16oz drinks -Option 1: Host may choose to specify the time frame to guests. ie. covered drinks from 5-7 m, then the barista will shut down the bar and the rate will thereafter be $100/hour ($125/hour Sundays). This must be predetermined and booked as such. -Option 2: Host chooses covered drinks for the entire duration of the party @ $175/hour ($200/hour Sundays) Mon - Fri minimum 2-hour rental. Decor/setup may begin after 3:30 pm, guests may arrive at 6:00 pm. Saturday minimum 2-hour rental. Decor/setup may begin after 3:00 pm, guests may arrive at 3:30 pm. Sunday minimum 3-hour rental. Decor/setup and guest arrival limes may be discussed. Off-site catering: delivery fee depends on location. Pickup is available. The above options require that there are NO outside food or drinks except cake and decorated specialty cookies. We'd love for you to support our business by purchasing our products. You may choose to bring outside food for an additional fee of $50. *Food ON L). No outside drinks of any kind and NO ALCOHOL. Deposit:1st half is due 2 weeks before the event date and is Non-Refundable. 2nd half is due 1 week before the event date. Cafe loyalty rewards are not redeemable toward rentals or catering. Decorating & take down hours are charged at the venue fee rate of $100/hr ($125/hr Sundays). NO outside florals or types of products that we sell in our boutique or cafe. How s charged will end once you, the host have left the venue. Shopping at the boutique after, staying to visit with guests, etc. will be charged the hourly venue fee as it requires a staff member on-site. A credit card must be on file. Due to the fragility of merchandise & supplies in our space, we can only accommodate guests ages 12 and up with the exception of non-mobile babies in arms, a carrier, stroller, wrap, etc. In the event of damaged goods, the full cost will be billed to the party host. We will not ask your guest to pay for the damaged item. We will simply make you aware of the incident and charge it to the credit card on file.
